- Racism STILL isn’t a good look
- Black people were oppressed when whites, their oppressors, imposed segregation as part of oppression. Women’s safe spaces, by contrast, are there to protect them from their oppressors. The situation is not analogous.
- Women have their rights because men have a pattern of assault and rape that shows them to be between 10 and 100 times more violent than women. This is not altered by transition. Presumably your interlocutor knows that is not true of Black people – they are not 10 to 100 times more likely to assault whites than white people are. If the person you are talking to thinks they are, they are racist.
This is a strand of argument called false equivalence.
